These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Gajitoto ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gajitoto.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, "the Platform").

Gajitoto is an online casino and sports betting platform designed for and marketed to adult users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform provides access to live dealer casino games, electronic slot titles, sports betting markets, lottery products, and related gaming entertainment services.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or using any feature of the Gajitoto service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to the Gajitoto Platform is strictly restricted. To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Gajitoto enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of gaming in your local jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• One Account Person: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another individual's identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Personal Account: You may not register an Account on behalf of another person, act as an agent for third party, or allow another person to use your Account credentials.
• Not a Gajitoto Employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Gajitoto or its affiliated technology and service providers are not permitted to hold a Player account.

To access the full functionality of the Gajitoto Platform, including real-money deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, you must complete our registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are prohibited from providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration process.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Gajitoto reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Documents we may require include but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding 90 days (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement showing account holder name and number corresponding to the deposit method used)
• A selfie or live photo verification as requested by our compliance team

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities or account closure. All KYC data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify Gajitoto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Gajitoto will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where the User failed to take reasonable security precautions.

You agree to use the Gajitoto Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform outside of normal browser-based gameplay
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature — any winings derived from exploited errors will be void
• Coluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player environment
• Using the Platform to launder funds, facilitate fraud, or engage in any form of financial crime
• Placing bets or wagers using funds derived from illegal activity
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through any technical or procedural manipulation
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinated group bonus farming, or making deposits solely to fulfil bonus wagering requirements with no genuine gaming intent

Gajitoto employs advanced fraud detection systems that continuously monitor gameplay patterns, transaction behaviour, and account activity. Suspicious activity will be investigated and actioned accordingly.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Gajitoto accepts MYR-denominated deposits via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (online banking and ATM), CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow transfer, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The current list of supported channels is displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, and vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction. Gajitoto reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time at its sole discretion.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Gajitoto targets processing of withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow, FPX, and supported local bank transfers. This target is not a contractual guarantee and may be affected by third-party payment processor delays, ongoing KYC verification, or technical maintenance periods.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the verified Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction, as displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
• Gajitoto reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for supporting documentation.
• Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds may have withdrawal restrictions applied until those requirements are satisfied.

6.5 Currency

All transactions on the Gajitoto Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is required for Malaysian players. Any deposit made in a foreign currency may be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate, and any applicable conversion fees will be deducted accordingly.

Gajitoto offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referal bonuses, and VIP tier-based perks. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Wagering requirements are specified on each individual promotion page and are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount).
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account in a separate bonus wallet and are not immediately withdrawable as cash.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or registered payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Gajitoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where fraud, abuse, or technical error is suspected.
• Winings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual promotion's terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, a standard wagering requirement applies before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live dealer games, slots, and sports bets may each carry different contribution percentages, as detailed on the relevant promotion page.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period from the date of credit. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain uncleared at the expiry point will be automatically removed from the Account. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion page.

All games and sports betting markets available on the Gajitoto Platform are governed by their respective game rules and studio-specific terms, in addition to these general Platform Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game or betting market before placing wagers.

8.1 Random Number Generation

Electronic games on the Gajitoto Platform — including slots, virtual table games, and instant win titles — utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over very large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.2 Void Bets and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical failure, network disconnection, or software error that interrupts a game or betting transaction, Gajitoto will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side records. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the User's Account. Gajitoto's determination in such matters is final.

8.3 Sports Betting Markets

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other events — are subject to Gajitoto's Sports Betting Rules, available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Settlement of bets follows official event results from recognised governing bodies or broadcast sources.

8.4 Maximum Winings

Gajitoto reserves the right to impose maximum single-session or daily winning limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change at Gajitoto's discretion.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Gajitoto.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence. The Gajitoto name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, and slogans are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gajitoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session data due to server interruption, network failure, or device disconnection
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions
• Losses incurred through user error, including incorrect bet placement or inadvertent account actions
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or event data displayed on the Platform where such inaccuracies originate from third-party data providers
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security

In all cases where Gajitoto is found liable, the Company's aggregate maximum liability to any individual User shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gajitoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any Platform-specific rule or policy
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe when requested
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as detailed in Clause 5
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity connected to the Account
• Receipt of a valid request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction
• Self-exclusion request made by the Account holder or on their behalf by a responsible gambling authority

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not a consequence of prohibited conduct), any verified Real Money Funds balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following completion of all outstanding KYC checks. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon closure.

Gajitoto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address registered on the Account, a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, or both.

Amended Terms take effect from the date stated in the updated document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Gajitoto Platform, the following procedure shall apply:

14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

All complaints must first be submitted to Gajitoto's Customer Support team via the live chat function or by email to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a final determination within 14 business days of receiving all required information.

14.2 Escalation

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
